Beach Time!
Vanessa's POV*
BANG! BANG! BANG!
I woke up to the sound of loud knocking on my door. I got up in a hurry, worried that it may be an emergency. I threw on some sweats - cause I didn't want whoever it was to see me in my short shorts- and headed to the door.
"I'm coming!" I yelled to the door. As soon as I opened it I was ambushed by 5 men. The only 5 men who love to pick on me. The guys. I greeted them all with hugs but held Zacky longer.
"Come on Nessa! We're going to the beach today." Matt picked me up and started to walk out the door.
"Can I at least get ready first? Sheesh!" He put me back down and I headed to my bedroom to find my bathing suit and cat eye sunglasses. I was putting some shorts on over my bathing suit bottoms when I heard Matt and Zacky arguing.
"Matt, when I'm ready to talk to her about it, I will. I'm just afraid of what might happen." Zacky said to Matt.
"Dude, thats a risk you have to fucking take. Don't you think she deseres to know. Regardless on if it was your past or not. You should tell Gena about it too. Before she finds out about this." Matt said angrily.
What were they talking about? A part of me wanted to go and see what the fuck they were arguing about. I decided to just let it go. If its really important I trust Zacky to tell me about it. I grabbed my beach towel and headed out to the guys hoping to ease any tension in my living room.
"How do I look?" I asked while posing like a model.
"You look great! You could be a pin-up Nessa." Jimmy said picking me up almost hitting my head on the ceiling cause he's so tall.
"I just want some beer!" Johnny yelled.
"Oh, shut up short shit you'll get your beer!" Jimmy told him finally putting me down.
"Awh look at little Nessie!" Brian laughed as he pinched my cheeks.
Zacky didn't say anything he just stared me down. Matt didn't say anything either at first. But before you knew it he threw me over his shoulder and carried me out to the car. There were two cars. One had Val, her sister and another girl, the other I'm assuming was for the guys. I hopped into the car with the girls and gave Val a huge hug. After last night I knew her the best.
"Hi! I'm Leanna. Jimmy's girlfriend." She smiled at me. She was really pretty. Had medium brown hair and a gorgeous smile. Way to go Jimmy! She seemed sweet too.
"I'm Vanessa. The guys call me Nessa, Nessie or Vee. It's nice to meet you!" I shook her hand.
We drove down to Santa Monica Pier having little races with the guys on the freeway. Their face expressions when we beat them was hilarious. Val was fast. I went to grab my door as we parked, noticing Zacky was already there grabbing the door for me. He's such a gentlemen.
We started walking towards the sand so we could set up a spot when a girl came up to us hugging Johnny. He introduced to us his girlfriend. Lacey. She was pretty. Didn't seem like she fit in with us as much but she looked great with Johnny. All the guys had girlfriends, except Zacky. I just might be able to fill that spot though, hopefully.
We were all having a great time. Got wet for a little while then went up on the pier and walked around. We found a little bar so we decided to drink a little bit. I looked around on the walls and noticed that the bar owner had quite the collection of Avenged Sevenfold posters on the wall. Once he noticed the guys he gave us all free rounds of shots. It's crazy how much people loved them. Even some fans came up to them asking for pictures and autographs. Even the girls were getting pictures taken with them. I just distanced myself from them.
I went to order a beer when Zacky came and sat next to me.
"So I was thinking, after all this is over would you wanna go on that date with me tonight?" He asked scratching the back of his head. He seemed nervous.
"Of course Zacky!" I smiled and gave him a hug.
So far, a great day. Now I'm going to have my date with Zacky. Nothing could ruin my day...
