Brian's P.O.V

We all stood there trying to take in the fact that Erin killed her father... she really killed him and now my father was ruling hell and he was harassing Erin even more. We were in a massive rut because Erin lost her healing powers, she was now vulnerable and already had massive bruises from the fight with her father. I grabbed Erin's hand pulling her away from Zacky and back into the house; I could tell that she needed rest because she looked angry and tired.

"Brian what are you doing?" She asked me.

"I am putting you to bed; you are all bruised up and you need to get some rest and we will figure everything out later. We all just want you to be okay" I said to her and drug her upstairs. When we got up there I pulled her blankets down so that she could get in and I noticed her struggle a little and I saw red dots on her camisole.

"You are hurt?" I asked her and she looked at me.

"Yeah my father stabbed me which is how he got my healing powers; Jimmy stitched me up but they must have broke. Can you fix it?" She asked me softly lying down.

"I can but will you allow me to do it my way?" I asked her and I could tell that she was confused. I giggled a little and sat her up so that her back was on her headboard.

"Brian; I am terrified" She said to me and I was a little taken off guard.

"It's not going to hurt I swear" I said to her trying to comfort her.

"I meant of your father Brian; he really knows how to hurt me" She said which made my heart hurt because I never meant for him to hurt her.

"I am so sorry Erin; I don't know why he does these things and it hurts me more than ever to know that he has hurt you. Do you want to know why it is that I walked away from him years ago?" I asked her knowing that she may want to know why I hate him as much as I do. She nodded.

"You can tell me anything Brian. I am always here for you; fucked up fathers is my specialty" She said smiling and we both just laughed.

"So I have had two moms and the first one was my birth mom and she and my dad split; I have a brother and a sister who are actually human. We won't get into that though for the fact that my dad swore to never touch them. My sister is from his second wife Suzy; they were married for a while but then...well she defied him... long story short he got angry and so my sister lives with my brother. But I hate him for what he has done." I said and I was frustrated just thinking about him.

"But you love him otherwise you would have really had vengeance on him by now Brian" She said and I just sighed.

"You sound like Michelle" I said laughing a little bit.

"So can you fix me up or not?" She asked trying to get over the pain in her abdomen. I just laughed.

"Sorry yeah; you will just have to drink from me" I said and she looked horrified by the way that I said it.

"You have to do it if you want to feel better" I said and grabbed out my pocket knife and cut the palm of my hand. I put it up to her and she just didn't want to do it so I grabbed the back of her head and put her mouth to it forcefully. She lightened up after a minute and I let go and she moved away.

"It will take about an hour or so just try and get some rest; next time just do as your told so I don't have to force you" I said laughing and she smiled and slid down and I watched as she almost instantly fell asleep.

Matt's P.O.V

Brian came back down motioning for us to leave her with her sister for the night and we all agreed that she would need some time to come back to reality. I stopped Brian while everyone went their own separate ways.

"How is she doing dude?" I asked him because I was worried about her.

"Well I learned that she was stabbed which is what took her healing powers away so I helped her out and gave her some of my blood. She should be fine by the morning" He said.

"We are going to have to talk to Zack about what he did and try to get those two back to normal. They cannot fight like this; Erin will lose control if she stays numb" I said because killing her dad was out of pure heartache.

"I know; maybe we should just try and talk to him now?" He asked me and I agreed so we walked over to Zack's house. When we got in there he was sitting at the dining room table drinking. We sat down across from him. He just continued to drink some more without saying a word to us. I grabbed the bottle of Jack Daniels that he was drinking from and he just glared at me.

"If you are gonna drink like that then you are going to have to grab two more glasses" I said sternly and he got up and grabbed some glasses and set them down and took the bottle back.

"Dude you have to at least give us some of the alcohol" Brian said getting a laugh out of Zack. He poured us a glass of it and he just sighed heavily.

"How in the hell am I going to work this out; I love her. I want that connection back and I want her to be bound to me so that he cannot have her" Zack said letting that load off his shoulders.

"No matter what we are going to help you get the connection back; you will have her and my father will never hurt her again" Brian said.

"But how are we going to do this; Erin is really numb... Look at what she just did. I mean it is good that we want to do it but how?" I asked and they just stared at their glasses. Well we were not going anywhere on this tonight.

“Am I totally lame that I really want to be over at her house right now?” Zack asked taking another drink and he looked like he was getting drowsy.

“I think that maybe you should just have one more drink and call it a night; that is if you even make through the next glass” Brian said to Zack. He laughed and took down another glass and then got up.

“Alright I am just gonna go to bed; see you tomorrow” He said and walked upstairs and we walked out. I gave Brian a pat on the back and walked home. Tomorrow was going to be interesting.

Erin’s P.O.V

I woke up and rubbed my eyes looking at the clock; it was 3am and I was awake. I literally felt a lot better but I was a little restless. I got up and went downstairs and got some water and then watched Jimmy sleep in the living room. When I walked upstairs to check on Sarah I noticed that Matty was in bed with her… When did this happen? I walked downstairs and just felt weird and empty and I think I needed to make things right with Zack. I was going to wait till morning but I was lonely. I walked outside and then next door and went in Zacks house. I went upstairs and stood in his doorway just trying to remember everything that we had been through and tried to get the guts to actually go over there…. I walked over more towards his bed and the second I made it to the side he reached up and grabbed my waist.

“Stop standing there and get in the bed” He said almost groaning and I got in the bed as he scooted over and curled up to his chest. I fell asleep quickly… I guess I really just couldn’t sleep without him. What seemed like a while later I turned over and opened my eyes and Zack was smiling while his eyes were closed. I giggled and then looked at the clock noticing that it was 1 in the afternoon but he just put his arm back down and I rolled over back onto his chest and we fell back asleep until Jimmy barged in letting the light in.

“Do you know where the fuck….Oh…sorry” He said noticing I was here almost like he was looking for me.

“Jimmy what the hell can’t a girl and her boyfriend sleep for once” I said and then he just looked at me confused. Just then Matt came to the door.

“Jimmy did you find her…ohhhh….” Matt said and I picked up the pillow and threw it towards the door and curled up into Zack and he covered my eyes.

“Guys seriously!” I yelled into Zacks chest and he jumped. I jumped after and just was totally confused.

“Why did you jump?” I asked him.

“I don’t know I just got a huge jolt of annoyance that went through my body” He said and I looked at everyone else. Jimmy smiled.

“I think that you two are starting to rebuild the connection!” Jimmy cooed and then ran downstairs. Matt smiled at us as well.

“Maybe you two should come downstairs and we can all go and get some coffee and talk” He said throwing the pillow back and then he walked out. I just groaned and fell back into Zack’s arms and I felt him laugh a little.

“He is right though we should get up” He said rubbing my hair.

“Can we talk a little first?” I asked holding his hand. I felt just a slight amount of his feelings which was good.

“Look; it really broke my heart that you kissed Meaghan but last night after I woke up at 3am… I don’t know I walked around the house and I saw Sarah sleeping with Matty” I said and he cut me off.

“Matty and Sarah??” He asked shocked.

“Yeah I was surprised too; don’t interrupt me sir” I said flicking his arm and he just laughed.

“Alright I am sorry” He said.

“When I woke up and saw those two I don’t know I just got lonely; I stood there for a while just wondering what to do and was really restless and just ended up over here. And then I just came in and you welcomed me like you knew I was there” I said and he smiled.

“I don’t know how I knew you were there or where by my bed you were but I just knew; I am still in shock though” He said and I was a little confused.

“Why?” I asked pulling myself up a little.

“You called me your boyfriend” He said and I blushed knowing that I called him that. I felt like a girl with a crush saying it. He kissed me and pulled back. I got up so that I could go home and get changed. He got up and I kissed him again. We didn’t break from the kiss and all of the sudden Brian came towards the room and when he looked up Zack and I were really into what we were doing.

“Ahhh ummm you guys going to come downstairs?” He said awkwardly. We backed up and I stopped for a minute.

“Brian I am so sorry about this” I giggled and pushed him out and then shut the door in his face….We instantly went back to kissing.

Brian’s P.O.V

I walked downstairs and everyone just stared at me.

“Well where are they?” Matt asked and I just didn’t even want to think about this.

“They closed that door on me” I said and they just were speechless.

“You mean like…ya know…that?” Johnny asked. And just then we all heard Erin yell really loudly.

“I think that we should go somewhere else” Val said and yet she had a smile on her face like she was proud or something. Suddenly it got worse up there.

“Right there! Ahhh” Erin yelled hitting another octave. We all started walking out.

“What the heck is he doing to make her reach that octave?” I heard Michelle say and I looked back and she just gave me an apologetic smile. When we got out Michelle went with the rest of the band. Matt stayed back and I just was thinking to myself.

“What’s going through your mind?” He asked me.

“I think that I am going to pay my father a visit” I said knowing that I needed to talk to him. Matt looked worried.

“Well I think that I should come with you dude; don’t go there alone” He said and I nodded. He told Val where we were going and she didn’t seem to want him to go.

“Please don’t do this” She said and he pulled away.

“I love you baby I will be back” He said and we went down to my father. We got to the double door into the Main Hall and I saw the guards up against each wall… I think Erin killed them too. We walked in startling everyone including my father. Jake and Meaghan came forward.

“It’s alright you two” My father said to them and they backed away while still watching us carefully. We walked up to the throne.

“Well dad… King of Hell…. Can’t say it doesn’t suit you seeing that you are a real dick most of the time” I said and he stood up.

“Don’t you dare sass me boy; you have no idea what I have done to get this far!” He yelled at me and I scoffed at him.

“You mean the fact that Erin killed her father and you took over the throne? Cause I am pretty sure that taking that ring off of his finger isn’t that much work” I said already irritated with him.

“Listen to me you big mouth prick! You are my son but I won’t hesitate to have you killed. You are on my last nerve!” My father said making me laugh really hard. He threw a punch into my left cheek and my face only went to the side and I adjusted my jaw.

“Don’t fucking go there old man!” I said and came up one of the stairs and then Matt pulled me back down.

“Syn we just came here to talk” He said to me and I took a deep breath.

“Alright Gates why can’t you just live with having Erin’s immortality; honestly just fucking leave her alone dude; you need to take the hint that she loves Zack” Matt said to my father and he just sighed smiling.

“Yeah right; she is fucking heartless. She can’t feel love right now” My father said.

“Yeah that is why before we came here we heard Erin hit another octave while fucking him after spending the night/day with him! She called Zack her boyfriend Gates…. Seriously get the fuck over this or she will be after you next” Matt called out.

“You are lying” My father said.

“They are back to feeling the connection; seems after I healed her last night she got restless and went to Zack; so you see she is back. What did you think that she was gonna stay that way and stay heartless? Erin isn’t anything like you dad” I yelled at him.

“You should go now son; cause right now I am angry and tired of your shit” He said to me and I walked over and motioned for Meaghan to come over to me. She came over and just waited. I pulled the blade that I got from my dad on her and she dropped down to the ground. Jake came towards me and I just pushed him back. I picked her up and looked at Matt.

“Father I bid you goodbye; come find her when you want to talk. Shall we Matt?” I said and he nodded and before I knew it we surfaced again.

We had our leverage…
