“Huh? What are you talking about?” I mumbled without looking at him

“You know what I am talking about” he said and I chuckled a bit.

“So, what happened was that” Jimmy started explaining as fast as I finished the sentence “Matt was talking with this girl about some proyect and apparently one of Val's friend told her, Matt was being a little 'too friendly', and Val was pissed and I was like, 'DUDE WHAT THE FUCK!', and he was like 'NOTHING HAPPENED' and Val, well she was just MAAAAD.”

“You do know, you sound like a gossip girl, right?” I told him

“Yeah, I kinda sensed that when I said 'MAAAAD'” he replied

I laughed and after a few minutes I finally finished the drawing

“And… done!” I said holding the big pad with my drawing on high

“I wanna see” Jimmy spoke stepping out from the window frame

“No, It’s not ready for you to see it” I said holding the pad to my chest “I wanna keep it for a rainy day”

“I seriously didn’t understand half of what you just said” he shrugged with both of his hands in his pockets

“Well…” I smirked “In a brief resume, you won’t see it today and that’s it.”

He was about to protest but my phone started buzzing, interrupting him, and I took it from my nightstand.

My face automatically cringed when I saw Adrian's number on the screen

“What’s wrong, Gaby?” Jimmy asked me breaking my thoughts

“Nothing” I shrugged “Adrian sent me a message, he won’t be home till next week”

“Oh” he was amused “So, we have the house to ourselves?” he whispered in my ear from behind, wrapping his arms around my waist

I chuckled

“Let me go Sullivan” I tried to shove his hands off “And don’t even think so” I glanced at him, his smirk plastered on his face

“Don’t know what are you talking about, honeybun” he said against my ear

I managed to get off his grip and I quickly grabbed the pad, hiding it on my backpack before Jimmy could snatch it from me. As soon as I finished with that, Jimmy wasted no time in tickling me merciless

“S-S-stop it, Ji-Jimmy” I slurred laughing, fighting against his hands

“Aw, c’mon, you know you love this” he said

“No, I don’t” I grabbed his hands and tried to ‘push’ them away from my waist.

I managed to turn around so I could be face to face with him, he caressed my cheek and I closed my eyes, leaning into his touch

“You are so beautiful” Jimmy whispered, loud enough for me to hear, making me open my eyes after a moment of silence

“I’m gonna change” I said casually breaking our gazes on each other

He nodded and his arms dropped to his sides

You could say I was acting like a coward, but I am not going to ruin the best thing I’ve ever had just for a ‘Maybe’

I walked to my closet and took a sleeveless black Slayer shirt, and when I was about to take off my current shirt I realized Jimmy was there, I turned around and he had this stupid smirk on his face that made me had one of my own.

“Jimmy…” I smirked “Turn the fuck around”

“Why?” he asked “It’s not like I haven’t seen you in underwear before” his smirk, if it was any possible, grew wider and he started walk towards me

“Shut up!” I said blushing at that fact “That…” I slurred “That was a special occasion! I mean seriously who wears a bathing suit at midnight. Only you can come up with the idea of swimming in the lake at midnight”

He laughed and I used all my strength to push him into the bed

“C’mon” he held himself up on his elbows “I know you like it”

I just simply closed my eyes, trying to contain the blush and the smirk that wanted to be plastered in my face.

“And I still remember what you were wearing…” he said slowly getting out of the bed

“You do not” I said “Not even I remember what I was wearing”

“Wanna know?” he cocked an eyebrow smirking

I doubt it for a second but finally nodded “Go ahead, smartypants”

“Haha, ok” he replied “You were wearing a black and red bra with some matching red blood panties” he said in the sexy voice from earlier just a steps away from me

“How do you remember those things” I asked

“I’m Jimmy and I have a super duper memory!” he cheered, more closer this time

“Well this time” I stop him with my hand on his chest before he could get closer “There is no lake, forget it, Jimmy” I said walking away from him and his gaze, with my shirt

“Boo” he said pouting “You are no fun”

I chuckled and he finally turned around so I could change myself

“Gaby” he spoke and luckily I had already managed to change, I turned around just at the same time he was “I’d should get going home, it’s pass midnight” he then walked towards the window to get out

See!?, I am not the only who leaves a house through the window

I took a seat on my bed, closing my eyes, taking deep breaths before I spoke

Maybe I shouldn’t, but I—

“Jimmy…” I said biting my lip “Can you please stay with me?”

“Are you afraid of monsters or what?” he chuckled

“I am not!” I said “You know what? Forget it!” I raised my arms in the air and just when I was about to step out of the bed, he grabbed my hand

“I was just joking, Gabe”

“Gabe?” I asked, smiling “Sounds like a boy name”

“Gabrielle, Gee, Gaby, Gabs, Ellie” he counted “You have so many nicknames… and Gabe sounds cool”

“And from all of them my least favorite is Gee” I wrinkled my nose “Sounds like… well I don’t know, but sounds weird”

He laughed and I couldn’t help myself but joining him, his laugh was contagious.

After he was done laughing he walked to the window and closed it before his body strucked the bed making it sunk a little and I knew he was staying

“Well?” he asked lying down, head on the pillow “Are you joining me or what?”

I chuckled and dropped my body next to him, he wrapped his arms around my waist and I leaned back against his chest. It just feel good…

“Since you’re here. I won’t sleep, I promise” I smiled weakly at me

“Shhh…” he said stroking my hair smoothly “Sleep, you won’t miss much. I’ll sleep with you anyways”

“Okie dokie” I said

“You sound like a baby” he mocked

“Duh, that’s point!” I replied

I got a little more comfortable in him, using his arm like a pillow, along with two actual pillows.

“Goodnight, snuggle buddy” I closed my eyes

“Snuggle buddy?” he chuckled

“Yeah” I muttered without open my eyes but with a big grin

“I like it” he said “You and me, Gaby and Jimmy, the snuggle buddies” after that I drifted into sleep with my snuggle buddy.

I could get used to this...
