When I woke up it was a quarter after 6. I was still on Jimmy’s room and I decided to go downstairs. When I started getting closer and closer I could hear yelling from the living room

“Mom, I know it wasn’t cool, but in my defense—”

“Believe me son, you have nothing in your defense” Jimmy's mom said, angry.

Shit! I have never seen heard Jimmy’s mom angry

“I still can’t believe you were ignoring her!”

“Kell shouldn’t have said anything” he sighed

“She did well, why didn’t Gaby told me anything?” she asked “I’m so mad at you and that poor child. Jimmy you’re not the man I raised, you told me you loved her” she said softly

“She knows mom” he sighed “I told her”

“WHAT!? WHEN!?” she shouted

“MOM!” he yelled loud enough for just her to hear, but I also heard “You’re gonna wake her up! And I told her today”

“Wait she is here!?” she said surprised “And you have me here nagging you about it, when I should be upstairs, talking to my daughter-in-law!?”

“MOM!” he sounded really embarrassed and I couldn’t help but laugh

I decided to stop Jimmy’s torture and make myself present.

“Jimmy?” I pretended to be tired, rubbing my eyes, and yawning “Oh, hi Mrs. Sullivan, I didn’t knew you were here” I tried to look embarrassed, and actually I was

“Gaby, sweetie. How are you?” she said and I yawned a bit more and answered with a “Fine”

“You look beautiful” she said and I blushed

“Thanks” I looked up to meet Jimmy’s blue eyes. He then came down where I was and wrapped his arm around my waist, while he kissed my hair

“Well, Gaby… I have been already told about what happened with James” she hissed his name “Here”

“It’s okay” I replied “We’re okay” I smiled and she grinned

“Well, I have to go. But I hope to see you soon, Gaby, don’t be a stranger”

“I won’t” I said, leaning my head against Jimmy’s chest

“Same goes to you, Jimmy” she said and kissed his cheek, right before kissing mine and then she left and Jimmy left out a big breath

“I love my mom, but god!” he exclaimed

“She’s just raising you, after 18 years, she keeps doing it” I smiled, my hands resting in his chest and he took them in his, before taking my face in his hands and kissing me, making see stars.

“Good morning” he said

“Good morning, although I believe it’s night” I smirked

“Dork”

“Hey! You love this dork” I replied

“Oh, yeah. That I do” he smirked and took his jacket “C’mon”

“Where are we going?”

“Matt has been calling like crazy and he said something about your painkillers and how you need to rest”

“But I wanna stay here” I pouted

“Seriously I love when you pout!” he said “But… I do appreciate my life, so I don’t want Matt ripping my balls off”

I laughed and told him, to gave me a sec, that I needed to go for my phone and clothes. And after 20 minutes, I came back down wearing the clothes I was wearing this morning. Holding Jimmy’s shirt in my hand

“Here” I said handing it to him, but he just shook his head

“Kept it. I know how much you love it”

I grinned and took it back, placing it over my shoulder. The walk to Matt’s house was short, but we were talking about so many things, about how he had dyed his hair when Lea appeared in his band practice at Zacky’s. How mad he was, the bitch was stalking him and I couldn’t help but cringe at the thought.

And sooner that I would have wanted, we where outside Matt’s house.

“I... well... I guess I’ll come and visit you tomorrow?” he rubbed the back of his neck uncomfortably

“Yeah, sure” I smiled and we stood there watching us, one another. Not saying anything, just in the silence of our gazes on each other.

He took a step further towards me, while my gaze was fixed into the floor. He took one more step closer and his hand took my chin and tilted it back, making my eyes meet his eyes, his gorgeous blue eyes. He started to lean, his lips getting closer to mines, while I felt this was taking forever. Soon enough, I was kissing him, again, my hands tangled in his hair, while his rested in my hips, rubbing them up and down my sides

“Mm-mm-mmh” someone coughed and we split apart, to look into Matt and Val’s smiley faces.

“So, you kids finally fixed your shit, huh?” Matt said while Val hanged from his arm and I glared at her. A tiny part of me was grateful, but I was set up! And for Jimmy’s phone call, I’m guessing he was too. Not that any of us regretted it.

“Valary, can I talk to you?” I said through clenched teeth, she nodded and had a grin on her face while she approached me

“What’s up, Gaby?” she asked, like nothing was wrong

“What the fuck, Val!?” I snapped “Did you seriously sent me there, expecting for me to fix my shit with Jimmy!?”

“It worked didn’t it!?” she replied, with a smirk. Oh, god, I’m gonna wipe that smirk of her face

She has a point

“Yeah, it did” I sighed

“Haha, I knew it. That kiss was proof enough” she said “So what are you guys, an item now or what?”

“I—”

“Gaby” Jimmy interrupted me “I’m gonna go now, okay?” he tucked a strain of hair behind my ear

“Already?” I asked with disappointment in my voice and he chuckled

“I’m sorry, but Momma Sullivan needs me to do some shit” he said and I nodded

After today, you don’t wanna mess with Jimmy’s mom

“I’m gonna leave you, guys” Val said and we nodded back and after she was gone with Matt,
Jimmy took my face in his hands and kissed me, his hands wrapping themselves in my hair, my hands in his neck, nibbling on his bottom lip, while we fought for dominance and I let a moan when I felt him press himself against me

“If we continue we’re not gonna stop and my mom is already pissed at me, I don’t wanna give her another reason to blow my shit up” he laughed and I chuckled

“Sure,” I said “Well go now, I don’t want your mother to kill you” my hands restedon his chest and his on my hips

“Aw, and why is that?”

“Well, you do kinda have to maintain me and—” his laugh cut me off. He stopped laughing pecked my lips, murmured an ‘I love you, Gee’ making me roll my eyes and disappeared through the sidewalk.

I’m never gonna be bored of this.
