“Stop it!” I warned my stomach, the movement continued so I pulled the neck of my shirt away from my body and stuck my head inside “Don’t make me come in there,” I warned, it stopped and I went back to eating breakfast with a tired looking, newly married mom and Stephen, Matt walked into the room while rubbing the sleep from his eyes.
“What’s going on?” He asked sleepily.
“The babies are kicking,” I told him with a mouth full of bacon.
“Isn’t that a good thing?” He asked, confused as he set about making himself a bowl of cereal.
“They’re not kicking me, they’re kicking each other,”
“Christ,” He chuckled.
We spent the rest of the day hanging out with mom and Stephen, well, mom and I did a girls day of pampering each other and Stephen and Matt worked a bit on the farm, my hormones kicked right in when Matt came inside sweaty, tattooed and topless, I had to steal him for ten minutes to have my way with him, Nikki and I talked on the phone for about an hour and then it was time for dinner before mom and Stephen were getting ready to leave for their honeymoon and Matt and I would be going back to Huntington where Nikki and the guys were already.
“Alright, have fun, be safe and make me a little brother or sister, but DO NOT, for the love of Johnny Christ give me any details about how it came about,” I laughed/teased before kissing them each on the cheek and seeing them off in their cab to the airport. I turned to Matt, “How are we getting home?”
“Private car and jet,” He said simply with a shrug, I stood with my eyes wide and my jaw hanging open as a beautiful black car pulled onto the farm, I took one last look at the place I used to call home as Matt pulled me into the back of the car with him.
The flight back to Huntington was long and uncomfortable and I knew that soon enough I wouldn’t be able to travel very far without being cranky, this was the last for me until the babies got here. Once back in Huntington we went to dad’s house where we found him and Gary watching the game while Amy sat on her phone… again.
“We’re home!” I yelled from the door where Matt and I were standing, none of them had noticed us until I yelled.
“HOLY SHIT!” Amy yelled loudly “I saw the rumours on the internet about the cancelled tour for family reasons but I didn’t believe it since nobody called me,” She scolded Matt with narrowed eyes, punched him in the chest and then hugged him tightly, telling him that she missed him, she then paid me some attention and rubbed the babies hello, I hadn’t talked to anyone back home since we told them it was twins and dad almost had an aneurism over the phone.
“Baby,” dad smiled, walking over and hugging me tightly, being careful of my prominent belly “How’s your mom?” He asked.
“She’s good, happy,” I told him with a small smile, I knew he would always love my mom, even if he didn’t show it, she was his first love, but I knew she wouldn’t be his last.
“Good, I’m glad,”
We spent the night at dad’s place, watching crappy TV and eating junk food before Matt reluctantly said goodnight to me and went home with his dad and sister.

yet ANOTHER damn filler, is it just me or is that all this is these days? I really want the babies to come soon, see how Matt copes with that but stuff's gotta happen before they can get here!
