You Found Me

It’s Halloween and my eighteenth birthday, the guys and Val are taking me out to dinner to celebrate that it’s actually legal for someone to see me kissing Jimmy. But during the entire dinner the only thing on my mine was Madison, I really missed her and she’s down here where I am. I needed to visit her. After the dinner Jimmy and I were making out on his couch with music in the background.
“What are you thinking about baby girl?” He asked me
“A few things.” I said
“Like what. You can tell me anything.” He said
“Well Madison and that I need to see her or I might explode and I feel like I need to go back to Ohio.” I said
“Do you know where the beach house is?” He asked
“Yeah.” I said
“We’ll find a day to go there, and if you really need to go back to Ohio we’ll both go.” He said
“You really are the best.” I said
“Tomorrow we’re going to take a walk on the beach.” He said I smiled.
“Oh Val and I went out and did something the other day.” I said
“That sounds really sexual, but what did you and Mrs. Sanders do? He asked
I stood up and lifted my well his shirt up to show him my new belly button piercing. “Now we’re definitely going for a walk on the beach.” He said kissing my stomach. We both eventually fell asleep on the couch watching some cheesy horror movie.

It was the next day and Jimmy and I were walking hand in hand down Huntington Beach, him with no shirt and no shoes in his swimming trunks and me in my bikini with jean shorts and no shoes. I didn’t care if people saw all of my scars, I was happy. Everyone stared at us because well he was Jimmy Sullivan but no one came up to talk to us. He eventually kissed me and ran out into the ocean; I watched the colors of his tattoos be a blur as he ran. I sat down in the warm sand when a girl about Jimmy’s age came up to me.
“Excuse me?” She said
“Yes?” I asked
“Are you his girlfriend?” She asked
“Yes I am.” I smiled
“I just wanted to say whatever you’ve gone through to get these scars that you’re still beautiful. I used to see him walking by himself all the time still looking happy but he seems so happy.” She said
“Thank you.” I smiled
“You’ve probably heard of me before though.” I said
“I don’t think so.” She smiled sitting down
“Do you watch the news?” I asked
“Every day, I like to know what’s going on around the world. Like a few weeks ago about the runaway girl from Ohio. I hope she’s doing okay. Her dad seemed pretty abusive.” She said
“She’s doing fantastic. And he was.” I said
“How do you know?” She asked
I held my hand out for a handshake and she took it.
“Brayden Winchester.” I said
“Amanda Kemmil.” She said her eyes widening
I smiled.
“Interesting.” She laughed
I laughed with her.
“Well I’m so glad to see that you’re alright but isn’t your boyfriend like in his twenties?” She asked
“Yeah twenty three but I’m eighteen.” I said
“Well that’s good. Here do you have a cell phone?” She asked
“Yeah.” I said pulling it out of my shorts pocket.
She dialed in her number and called her phone.
“How do you spell your name?” She asked
“B-r-a-y-d-e-n W-i-n-c-h-e-s-t-e-r.” I spelled it out
“Baby come look at Bryce!” I guy yelled over towards us
“That’s my boyfriend Victor and our son Bryce.” She said
“Call or text me anytime, and if you need a sitter I can do it.” I smiled.
“We do get tired of taking her to my mom’s house; I might take you up on that. I’ll see you around.” She said getting up and running towards her boyfriend
One new friend that wasn’t associated with the band, I smiled to myself. I got up and started to walked down the beach knowing Jimmy was following me but still in the water. I was watching him when I tripped over something or someone.
“What the hell.” She said
I looked up and saw tan skin,brown eyes and curly brown hair. It was Madison. “Madison.” I said
“Brayden?” She asked
I smiled and she threw her arms around my neck.
“I can’t believe your back.” She said
I smiled and sat down next to her, she was wearing the exact same thing I was but her bikini was different. Something on her stomach caught my eye, it was a thick scar that went all the way across.
“You got your belly button pierced.” She said
“Yeah a friend and I went and she made me do it, but I wanted it.” I said
“You have no idea how happy I am to see you. I have needed your help.” She said “With what, I’m here now.” I said
“So I came her for vacation the summer of our sophomore year right?” She asked
I nodded
“Well I met this guy named Derek.” She said looking around like a frightened dog “What about him?” I asked
“I need to get away from him.” She whispered I looked at her funny.
“Go run in the water but don’t take your eyes off me.” She said
I did as I was told and went closer to the water but I watched. A Mexican dude came up to her and kissed her on the lips, she tried to pull away but he forcefully grabbed her face and made her kiss him. What the fuck had she gotten herself into? When he stopped kissing her he got up and ran towards the parking lot of some store. I looked at her and she waved me back up. I ran back up.
“What did he do? Madison what did you get into?” I asked
“He beats me Bray, when I don’t do something right I get slapped, if I don’t feel like sleeping with him I get choked and raped.” She cried
“What’s this from?” I asked running my finger across the thick scar.
“I tried to leave him and he pinned me to the ground and cut me, he tried to gut me like a fish Bray.” She said “He said he’d do it again.” She added
I hugged my best friend and looked out into the water and Jimmy was nowhere to be seen, but then he came up from under the water.
“I can see if you can stay with me or a friend.” I said
“Where are you living?” She asked
“With my boyfriend, in one of the beach houses down a ways.” I said pointing
She smiled and then tapped my arm repeatedly.
“What?” I asked
“Is that the drummer of Avenged Sevenfold?” She asked pointing
I looked and Jimmy was coming towards us, when he reached me he knelt down and kissed me.
“Yes, yes it is.” I said
“You’re dating The Rev?” She asked
I nodded.
“I am so happy for you.” She smiled hugging me.
“Jimmy this is my best friend Madison Locke. Madison this is Jimmy Sullivan.” I said He shook her hand and smiled.
“What happened?” She asked touching her stomach.
“Long story.” She said
“Madison! Who are these people?” I heard someone say
I looked over and the Mexican guy was coming towards us.
“Derek these are friends.” She said
“Okay.” He said walking back to where he came from
“I need out. I don’t want him to try and gut me again.” She whispered loud enough for me to hear but I know Jimmy did.
“Do you come out here every day?” I asked
“Yeah.” She said
“I’ll talk to him and text you the answer.” I said
“Okay.” She said
“Madison?” Jimmy spoke up
“Yes?” She asked
“I know you haven’t seen her in a while but can I take her home?” Jimmy asked winking then pouting
“Yes you may.” She said
“I’ll see you tomorrow.” I said
“Bye Bray.” She said
Jimmy and I walked back to his house and he picked me up carried me to his room. He started kissing up my stomach as he untied my swim suit, I smiled and he wiggled me out my shorts and bikini bottoms. It was his turn to do all of the work. I reached over in his nightstand where I put the condoms and handed him one. He stared at me.
“Just in case.” I said
I knew he didn’t like condoms but I wasn’t on birth control and I wasn’t ready to be pregnant. He nodded and pulled his swimming trunks off and kicked them over to the side. He put the condom on and placed himself over me.
“Ready?” He asked
“Have been.” I said
He connected our lips and thrusted into me, it stung more than it did the first time but probably because he went slowly and I didn’t. I moaned into his mouth and he smiled. It didn’t feel like fucking, it actually felt like making love and I loved the feeling of maybe someone actually loves me. About an hour and a half later we were laying under his comforter, naked and sweaty. I had Madison on my mind. “What are you thinking about baby?” He asked
“Madison, I have to do something, she’s my best friend.” I said
“What’s going on? She seemed scared when that Mexican guy came over.” He asked
“He abuses her. You remember that giant scar on her stomach?” I asked
“Yeah. Did he do that?” He asked
“She was telling me about how she was trying to leave and he pinned her to the ground and tried to guy her like a fish.” I said
“Do you want to bring her here?” He asked
“If that’s okay.” I said
“Yeah that’s fine, she’s your best friend and the guys and Val are coming over so it won’t just be you two. And I think Zack’s bringing someone.” He said
I smiled up at him and he looked concentrated on something.
“What are you looking at babe?” I asked
“Besides my beautiful girlfriend?” He asked
“Yes besides me.” I said
“Your neck, I gave you a little love bite.” He said
I smiled and kissed his shoulder.
“I’ll get Madison tomorrow.” I said
He nodded and we fell asleep.
