Our entire fan base now knows that I’m dating the runaway girl from Ohio and they all found out because of a bar fight with my ex-girlfriend. We were currently in the hospital in the ER waiting on the doctor to come in with the x-rays.
“Well Mrs. Sullivan you nose is broken and we are going to have to rebreak it and then you’ll get a brace thing to keep it in place but you’ll have to be careful.” The doctor said
Brayden looked at me and back at the doctor and nodded. She squeezed my hand when he rebroke it and but the brace thing on it. He walked out and she was crying but she managed to look at me.
“Mrs. Sullivan?” She asked
“I was rushing.” I said
She smiled
. “Do I look ridiculous?” She aske
d “No, you talk a bit funny but I still love you.” I sai
d She smiled and I met her lips with mine gently.
“Would you ever consider maybe in the future actually becoming Mrs. Sullivan?” I asked as we were sitting in our bed later that night.
She rubbed my arms since they were around her waist.
“Yeah it’s been on my mind since the doctor’s office.” She admitted
I squeezed her waist and kissed her neck, when I pulled away I smiled to myself. It made my life to hear someone say that they would actually consider marrying my crazy ass. She is definitely someone that I could spend the rest of my life with and start a family with. She was beautiful, smart, funny, she put up with my shit, all my whiny days, my suicidal days. I remember one of my suicidal days.
I was sitting in the kitchen with a bottle of Jack and some random pills that were in the medicine cabinet. I heard the front door open and I downed the pills and the bottle of Jack.
“Jimmy!” I heard her shriek
I hated that sound but I hated her crying more which she was now doing.
“Why are you doing this?” She cried
“You’re better off without me.” I slurred out
“You saved my life.” She cried
“You can do better.” I said
“No! No if fucking can’t you fucking dumb ass.” She said
After that I remember her crying a lot and kissing me and then I blacked out. I woke up in the hospital and she was sitting with her head in her arms on the side of the bed, her hand was over mine. I moved mine and her head shot up.
“What the fuck is your problem!” She yelled
She was still crying.
I remember my suicide attempt but I didn’t know what the pain in my stomach was.
“Why does my stomach hurt?” I asked
“They pumped it.” She said
I got out that day and when we walked into the house I wrapped my arms around her.
“No get the fuck off you me you fuck head!” She yelled pushing me away
“I’m sorry I was having a day.” I said
“Then you come fucking talk to me!” She yelled
“You were with Val.” I whispered
“I have a fucking cell phone you fucking idiot! Do you have any idea what would of happened to me! I know I’m being selfish because I don’t know what was going through your head but imagine this! You get home and I was laying on the kitchen floor drinking my weight in whiskey and taking a whole bottle of painkillers!” She yelled
I thought about it and it would have fucking killed me.
“I’m sorry baby.” I said
“Damn right you’re sorry.” She said
I pulled her into a hug and he started punching me in the chest.
“What the hell were you thinking?” She asked between hits.
“That you were better off without me.” I said
"Well you thought wrong." She said
She shit me harder and I smashed my lips to hers.
I also remember every single band member and Papa Gates telling me she was a keeper. I haven’t had any suicide attempts since then, I hated seeing her cry.
