“I dare you to make out with Brayden.” Brian said
Did he really just dare her to do that?
“No biggy.” Madison said
She leaned over to Brayden and connected their lips, their heads tilted slightly and Madison cupped Brayden’s face. This was actually kind of sexy but that’s just my dick talking, I wished someone dared me to make out with my girlfriend. Oh god James are you jealous of her best friend too? They pulled apart and Val laughed.
“I actually didn’t think you’d do it.” Matt said
“Neither of us chicken out on a dare my friends.” Brayden said
I felt myself smirk.
“Matt truth or dare?” Madison asked
“Truth.” He said
“Wimp. Is it true that you want kids?” She asked
“Yes , but if anyone’s going to ask family questions ask the guy who very much so wants one.” Matt said pointing to me
I smiled and Brayden leaned her head on my shoulders
“Val truth or dare?” Matt asked his wife
“Dare.” She said
“Well since it’s two in the morning I dare you to run naked down the street screaming like an idiot.” Matt said
“Only if Brayden, Madison and Jimmy do it with me.” She said
“Why me?” I asked
“You are the loudest person here.” She said
“I’ll do it.” Brayden said
“I’m out on this one I can’t get sick.” Madison said
We all nodded in understandment; yes I know that’s not a word.
“Not this time.” I said
“Fine.” Val said pulling Brayden to the front door.
We all followed as Brayden and Val were now in the front yard stripping down to their birthday suits.
“Ready?” Val asked
“Ready.” Brayden said
They took ands and started sprinting down the street.
“HEY EVERYBODY WE’RE FUCKING NAKED!!” Val screamed
Brayden was screaming random profanities
“I’M CALLING THE COPS!” One of their elderly neighbors yelled
“Oh fuck!” Val yelled
Her and Brayden ran back and got dressed at the speed of lightning. They were in the house and we all cuddled with our other person besides Zack and Johnny and skipped into the end of a movie. We soon heard police sirens, I could feel Brayden’s heart racing. There was banging on the door and she tensed up, Bella started barking and we all pretended to be asleep. The banging continued
“Keep pretending, I’ll get it.” Johnny whispered super fucking quiet
I pulled Brayden tighter into my arms and she hid her face into my chest because for one I could tell her nerves were fucking racked and for two she smiles when she pretends to sleep. I snuggled into her hair and I heard Johnny opened the door. “It’s like two in the morning why are you?.... Oh.” Johnny said
He was great at pretending to have just woken up.
“We were called with a complaint that there were two girls running naked in the street screaming.” The cop said
“We’ve all been asleep since about midnight. I didn’t hear anything.” Johnny yawned
“Oh I’m sorry to wake you sir.” The cop said
Johnny closed the door and we waited until there wasn’t any noise, I moved and realized that Brayden had actually fallen asleep.
“Guys she’s actually asleep.” I said
“So is Val.” Matt said
“I don’t want to wake her.” I said
“Its probably safer if you guys stayed her tonight anyways. Let’s all just get some sleep.” Matt said
We all groaned in agreement and laid back down where we were. I kissed the top of Brayden’s head and closed my eyes letting sleep swallow me.
I woke up in my room at home, why was a dreaming about sleeping at home? I stood up and heard yelling from the kitchen.
“Guys shut up he’s still asleep. you know he’s grumpy when you wake him up.” I heard a girl say; I’m guessing it was Brayden since this is my house.
I walked downstairs and peeked into the kitchen.
“Morning daddy we didn’t mean to wake you.” A little girl about the age of five said
I looked down at my left hand and I had a wedding band on. I looked around and counted three kids, the oldest looking to be about five. Was I married to Brayden? Did we have kids? I looked up and Brayden waddled over to me and I realized she was pregnant.
“Good morning baby. How did you sleep?” She asked pecking me on the lips. “Pretty good how about you?” I asked
“It was okay for a little while and then the babies started kicking. They are two months before they are born and they have your energy.” She said
“Baby wake up.” Drew me out of my dream.
I opened one eye and everything was blurry, I saw a blurry outline of whoever said it.
“Bray?” I asked
“Yeah do you want your glasses?” She asked
I nodded and I felt them get placed on my face. I could see!
“I don’t remember taking them off.” I said
“You didn’t I woke up about four am and they were tangled in my bun.” She said “Sorry.” I said
“It’s fine but I need you to get up and wake up a bit.” She said
I nodded and sat up, damn this couch was all of a sudden so comfy.
“How’d you sleep?” I asked
“I want our bed.” She said
“Me too.” I said
“Wake up a bit and then we can go home. You moved to much last night so I know you’re tired as fuck.” She said
I nodded and kissed her nose.
“You seen Matt?” I asked
“He’s outback with Bella.” She said
I nodded and stood up and walked outback.
“Morning Shadows.” I said
“Morning Rev.” He said
“What did you mean last night about the family stuff?” I asked
“That you like kids and I know you want a few of them and me on the other hand only wants like one.” He said
“I had a dream I had a family last night.” I said
“Yeah?” He asked
“Yeah I was married and had three kids and twins on the way.” I said
“Who were you married to?” He asked
“Val.” I joked “Nah Bray.” I said
“You really fucking like this girl don’t you?” He asked
“Yes sir. But we can talk about that later, I’m going to get her home neither of us slept well.” I said
“Alright I’ll see you later.” He said I nodded.
“Bella lets go in!” He yelled to his Labrador retriever.
She trotted over with the dumb look she always had on her face, she was not the brightest dog but at least she liked me. Brian’s dog is a Maltese named Pinkly and that dog fucking hates me, Zacky’s two were okay with me, he really loved his dogs they are like his kids. I walked back inside and Brayden looked like a limp noodle on the sofa.
“Let’s get back home so we can sleep the day away.” I said after I realized it was only six in the morning.
She groaned and held her arms out, I walked over and picked her up bridal style and carried her out to her car. I buckled her in and got into my side of the car and drove home. She was awake when I pulled into our driveway so she got out and made her way towards the front door, she picked the key up from under the plant holder pot thing and unlocked the door cause I was being slow, she placed they key back and walked into the house. I followed and when I closed and locked the door she was already upstairs, I walked up there and she was laying in our bed with her face smashed into the pillows. I walked over and shed my shirt and laid down next to her, I pulled her towards me and she wrapped her arms around my neck. Her breathing tickled the crook of my neck where her face was but it was comforting. When she was asleep I soon fell right after her.
