"Raven wake up." I heard pulling me out of my sleep.
"What is it Renu?" I groaned and rolled over.
"Somebody took the essence." He said while shaking me.
"What!?"
"I'm not kidding."
"You guys have to go recover it. That's part of your duty." Without the essence we have no strength, powers or abilities. Getting the essence back was vital.
"We can't leave you here powerless and defenseless. Who knows what they can do to you."
"Renu you guys are the only people I know that can recover it. Nobody else is as good as
you guys at tracking. You have to go recover it. I know that you're worried about me but I'm still pretty strong I can take what they deliver."
"But.."
"No buts." I said, cutting him off. "Go. I'll keep myself alive. Just come back as quickly as possible."
"Someone should stay here with you."
"No, you need all the help you can get. I can take them on, just go and bring back the power to us all."
"Okay, but I'm doing it for you." Renu said giving in. I smirked at him. He opened a portal and took a deep breath.
"I love you guys, be safe and come back quickly."
"Love you too." I got from all four of them. I quickly gave them hugs then heard the 5 maniacs coming down the stairs.
"Go!" I said urgently. They all quickly went through the portal and it shut right as the Shadows unlocked and opened the door. I turned around and faced the five of them.
"Good morning Raven, have a nice night?" I rolled my eyes at Shadows. He looked annoyed for a second then went chipper again.
"So we are going to play a game, how does that sound?"
"Fuck yeah, what are we playing? Chop the dick off of the kidnappers? That sounds like a lot of fun."
"Shut your pretty little mouth before I shut it for you." Shadows said nicely then ended harsh.
"If you can catch me." I said and dashed past him. I flipped over mohawk guy then ran right out the door.
"Get her!!" I heard somebody shout. Even with my abilities gone I can still run faster than them. I ran to an open window and climbed out and up to the roof. Shadows got to the window first and looked up and saw me climbing up to the roof.
"You better get down before you cause more trouble for yourself!!" He yelled at me.
"You're gonna have to catch me first!" I heard him growl then say: "Christ get the ladder.” That must be mohawk guy.

Soon they returned with a ladder and Shadows climbed up it.
"The games over little girl." He said in a sickening tone. I slyly smirked back at him.
"Not yet." I made a mad dash and jumped off the roof. I tucked and rolled as I hit the ground and sprinted away from the house.
"Get back here you little bitch!" I heard Vengeance yell behind me. I kept running knowing that he wouldn't be able to catch up. I kept running feeling proud of myself when something tackled me, knocking the wind right out of my lungs. Gates sat on top of me as I tried to regain my breath.
"Tsk tsk, you should have ran baby doll." He said and sickly smirked down at me. I gritted my teeth and growled in defeat. He got off of me and threw me over his shoulder.
"Caught her." He stated proudly as he met up with the rest of the group.
"Go fuck yourself.” I sneered and got punched in the ribs by Shadows. Gates carried me all the way inside and into the basement. He threw me on the ground as the rest filed into the room. Shadows came over and placed a firm hand on my neck.
"Someone's been a bad girl." He growled and darkly stared at me with his piercing hazel eyes. He pulled me up by the hair, took off my shirt and bra then cuffed me. Next he hung me up on a hook facing him and the other 4. Christ brought over a kit filled with many different knives and Shadows picked out a long dagger. He then came over to me and just stared at my body.
"Don't do it, when karma rolls around it bites like a bitch." I pleaded.
"I can't, somebody's disobeyed the rules and needs to be punished." He said with fake concern then made a deep gash into my stomach. I yelped and squeezed my eyes shut. He kept attacking my stomach and chest then made a few deep cuts on my feet. Well I'm not going to be walking anytime soon. He finished up and stepped back with a smirk.
"What do you guys think? Does it need anything?" He asked the 4 men watching behind him.
"I think it might need a little lemon juice." Vengeance suggested holding up a bottle of lemon juice. Shadows stepped back and Vengeance waltzed forward and squirted the lemon juice all over my cuts. I let out a small scream and clenched my fists.
"Gates any suggestions?" Shadows asked as Vengeance walked back to the group.
"Hot sauce." He smirked. Shadows nodded approvingly at him and Gates stepped forward. He shook the hot sauce onto the already irritated cuts making me scream. From there it went on, Christ put salt on my gashes and blue eyes poured Pepsi on them. The carburation of the soda hurt the most. They left me still hanging on the hook and left the basement. I looked down and saw that the random cuts spelled out bad girl, naughty, and disobedient. I cried and hung my head low.
"Awww baby doll don't cry." I heard Gate's voice say making my head snap up. I guess he didn't leave with the rest of them. My eyes were closed the whole time so I didn't see him stay. "I better get back to the guys before they get suspicious." He said breaking the silence. I nodded and got out of his lap. He walked over to the door then turned back around to me. "I'll see what I can do about sneaking down some food for you. Sit tight I'll be back in a bit." I nodded at him then he slipped out and locked the door. I immediately fell over and just went to sleep.
