After the little encounter in the music store I walked over to Amy. And she was talking to me, and I know it sounds stupid...but I believed everything she said. There was no way she was making this up...right? So, I was currently sitting with Amy in a class we had with Madi. It didn't help with what Amy told me about what Madi did. I glared as Madi took her seat. She rolled her eyes and pulled out a sketch book and doodled until the teacher gave out the classwork.
I looked back to Amy who was glaring at Madi. She had managed to make everyone feel bad for her and hate Madi. Madi didn't seem to care as she whispered to Ty quietly. She giggled when he said something before going back to her work as Zack walked in and glared at Amy. He handed the teacher a pass and took his seat infront of Madi. She smiled up at him before going back to her sketch and finished it and bit her lip shyly. She scowled deeply at whatever it was and closed her book immediately. She then went back to her work and ignored the comments being made by other students.
The bell rang and she waited for the other students to leave first before gathering her things and turning to Ty. "I hate this place. ugh...I want to talk to Jake and I can't...and this school is so full of fake people that it disgusts me," She sighed before grabbing her bag up and putting her headphones in and leaving with Ty walking out right behind her. I walked hand in hand with Amy towards our next class.
Soon enough, lunch came around and there she was again, sitting with Tyler and Zacky at the end of our table as Matt, Val, Jimmy and Johnny sat at the opposite end. She was laughing softly at something one of them had said. She smiled happily before pulling her hair up into a ponytail and speaking softly. She gestured to her neck before gesturing to her wrists and a few other places with a smile on her face. She also seemed to be asking about something else but I couldn't figure it out. She smiled before speaking up and the one thing that I could make out was the name 'Gabe'. Ty nodded before saying something about a lead singer in a band and that made Matt's ears perk up.
It also seemingly caught the rest of the guys' attention too. She smiled happily before saying something about his voice being amazing and that she couldn't wait to graduate so she could move back to New York. Ty laughed before asking if he could come with. She nodded before giving a dazzling smile. She finished her lunch and then walked out saying something about the library.
"She's probably a nerd," Amy sneered as Val rolled her eyes. She was thinking the same thing I was. There is nothing wrong with being smart. Amy smiled at me but what made me feel guilty was I didn't find it quite as attractive as Madi's and...when guys came up and touched Amy I felt nothing. When Madi smiled and would lean into Ty, or he would hug her or touch her shoulder softly...it would make me want to interrupt or something...I would feel so jealous.

So is Amy lying? Or is Madi the reason she's got some kind of brace on her face for her nose.
