Promises Broken and Words Left Unspoken
School at 7:25 AM is Absurd
Brian's P.O.V
I groaned as my alarm went off for probably the third time since I hit snooze a few times before. I stood up and turned it off for real before walking to the bathroom and taking a shower. I finished up to hear banging on the door by none other than Brent. I rolled my eyes and wrapped a towel around my waist. "Don't have a stroke on my account bro."
He glared as I went back to my room to get dressed. After doing all that and grabbing my bag. I checked the clock to see I had about forty-five minutes before I had to be sitting in my first class. I decided I'd go pick up my girlfriend and we could go hang out with the guys before class. I walked into the kitchen and said goodbye to dad and Suzy before grabbing my keys, wallet and a pop tart. I smiled at Mckenna before walking out the door and to my car.
I drove up to Amy's house and knocked on her door. I smiled as she pulled me into the house, and then into a kiss. She grabbed her bag and an apple before walking with me to my car. I opened her door and closed it when she got in, before walking to the driver's side and getting in. "So you wanna go to the football game this Friday?" I asked her with a smile. She wasn't a prep, but enjoyed the sport of Cheerleading, but hey I can't complain, since I'm the one who gets to peel her uniform off.
She laughed before nodding and speaking up. "I don't get the luxary of not going, baby," I smiled before kissing her cheek and parking in the school parking lot. I grinned before we both got out of the car and walked up to Matt, Jimmy, Val and Zacky.
"So I've decided..." Jimmy stated making sure we were looking at him. "That school should start at noon. I mean come on...seven twenty-five in the morning is not a good time for class," he finished slightly whiney. We all chuckled before nodding in agreement. We started going our seperate ways to go to class. I walked Amy to her class, before walking to my first class.
After my first few classes it was finally lunch and I somehow managed not to get too much homework. I walked through the line and grabbed a slice of Pizza and a milk before going to our table and sitting next to Amy and across from Matt. After talking about having band practice on Saturday, we talked about classes and which ones sucked. We also talked about which teachers seemed to hate us this year...which is understandable.
After lunch, I headed to my last class of the day...math. I really don't see the point of taking this class, when I've already met my math requirement. But my counselor signed me up for it...which explained part of my hatred for him...but Suzy and dad agreed so...it's partially their fault too.
After the excruciating ninety minutes of class, the final bell rang and I walked out. I met up with Amy and we walked out to my car and got in. She smirked seductively before speaking up. "Bri...my parents are gone for the week," I smirked knowing what that meant for me. "Take me home?" she asked with a playful smile.
I nodded and drove past my house and down the street to hers. I didn't really pay attention to the moving truck that had been at the house across the street from hers, since she was already at the door and unlocking it with one hand.
