Morgue Than Words
Tension - A7X
Raven's POV:
I heard some giggling coming from outside the apartment door at about five in the afternoon, the guys were all already drinking and having a pretty good time by now.
Brian and Natalie were both curled up together on the couch, Matt and Johnny were sitting on separate sides of another couch, Zack was waiting for me to sit with him, Jimmy and Brianna were making out n one of the chairs. I laughed to my self seeing that we were all with someone, well, aside from Matt and Johnny they were the only ones who didn't have anyone with them.
I heard a quiet knock on the door to my apartment, I walked over to the door looking out through the little peep-hole in the door. Ever since I had watched an episode of criminal minds I have always been weary of them, and to make sure I keep a little distance between the glass of one and my eye. But, instead of seeing some cops, or annoying neighbors or even a serial killer, I saw two of my old friends!
I ripped the door open and engulfed them into a hug. We all started to laugh as we walked into the apartment.
"Do I have to worry about you leaving me for one of your two friends you have there Rave?" Zack asked worried. I giggled a little bit shaking my head at Zacky's paranoia. I walked over and kissed him on the cheek and smiled, as if so say he has nothing to worry about.
"Okay, guys, these are two more of my best friends! The shorter one on my right is Trisha, and this taller one on my left is Haley. Haley, Trisha, these are the guys. The two guys sulking on the couch are Matt and Johnny, the guy with the piercing green eyes and snakebites is my Boyfriend Zacky, The dude sitting with Bee is Jimmy, and lastly the one with Natalie is Brian." I introduced everyone. Trisha walked over to Johnny, "I like this one, which one is he Johnny or Matt? He strikes me as being a bit more of a Johnny that a Matt." Trisha rambled on. "Well, you are correct Trishy, that is Johnny." I laughed at the end. Haley nervously walked over to Matt, "Hi, I'm Haley!" She said sticking out her hand a little for him to shake.
Matt's POV:
All I could think whenever Haley walked over was, 'please don't get a boner!', but no matter how much I willed myself not to I did anyway. After that I knew I fucked this up already. "Hi, I'm Haley!" She said nervously while biting her lip, which to me was a huge turn on with her. He held her hand out for me to shake "Well, it's lovely to meet you Haley, I'm Matt." I said with a small smile tugging at my lips. I grabbed her hand and kissed it while looking up into her eyes. They were a beautiful honey color with dark brown flecks every here and there. Her skin was a creamy light brown color and hair that was almost black.
There was only one problem that I had standing in the way of calling this beautiful creature mine, and that, was Val.
Johnny's POV:
Trisha was gorgeous. She had dark brown eyes and pale skin that had a little more pigment than Raven's Alabaster skin. Trisha had naturally blond hair and a few purple and pink streaks through her hair. To think that she liked me was the most amazing feeling. Though we had just met.
My happiness was short lived for now because Raven called all of the girls together.
Raven's POV:
"Guy's I need to talk to you!" I called out to the girls. They all walked towards my room which was just behind me. Zacky started to make his way over to see what I needed from the girls. "Do you need to talk to me too?" Zack asked adorably. It was hard to tell him that The girls and I were all going to the underworld to talk with the elder vampires of the coven we were all born to. "No Zee-bear, I just need you to stay here for right now. The girls and I have to do something, so we will be out for a while." I answered back. It was noon now, and I have to be at the meeting in a few minuets. "Okay." Zacky replied sadly. Thankfully he wasn't asking any questions. I made my way to my bedroom and summoned my Scythe after locking the door. I struck the floor with the bottom of the scythe and it changed us all into medieval clothing that we had all worn back a couple hundred years ago.
The girls all stood back as I tore a portal into the air in front of my with the blade of my scythe. I was the first to walk through the portal, everyone else following at my heals.
Natalie was the first to walk up to the gates of the coven's castle gates.
I already know how this meeting is going to go. My red and black dress flowing in the wind and the corset feeling slightly tighter than usual. Natalie's aqua and black colored dress doing the same, while our capes also slightly fluttering in the cold wind that is only in the underworld.
I looked at the castle, anxiety kicking in more than it should be. It is probably the fact that I turned a half human half shape-shifter into a vampire that is kicking it all into full gear. I felt as though I was going to have a panic attack.
Natalie had opened the gates now, and me being the oldest out of he group had to go in first. I was the leader and everyone followed.
I took in a deep breath and let it out, then made my way towards the depressing castle door where the fate of me, the girls and Zacky would fall at my feet.
The elders were all lined up at the large table, The eldest sitting to the right and at the main head of the table. The large chairs lined up for the five of us girls to sit down. The Eldest Vampire of our coven, my father Nikolai, stood up to great us. His Old english speaking full fledged as well as the Transylvanian accent. "Good After-noon Ladies," He said dragging out the f in afternoon. "You brought your new companions with thou?" He pondered. "No, Father, We didn't bring thy new companions along." I responded, "Well, Raven, I am pleased to see that thou art well my daughter,"My father said addressing me then picking up, "Why did thou not bring thy new companion? Dost thou not wish to laetan thou father see thy companion? Thou shall bring thy companion hither now!" My father said casting me off to bring the guys with me to the underworld.
I had sat foot back in my room and unlocked the door. I walked out of my room somberly. "I need you guys to all come with me." I said barely above a whisper. Zack stood up quickly and rushed over to my side before it all went black.
Natalie's POV:
Raven hasn't came back with any of the guys and now her dad is livid. He is now saying that he is going to go to what he calls the mortal world. I don't want to let him but he is going to go anyway.
Within seconds we were in the apartment with the whole coven's elders. The only members of the coven that aren't vampires are Brianna's parents and siblings. Brianna her self is also not a vampire but is part of the coven.
"Where is thou daughter? Why dost thou Daughter not come hither or do as thou is told!" Nickoli Zukov bellowed.
