I Kissed A Girl and Got My Fiancé Jealous
I stood there in the doorway, in nothing but a sheet while looking at my older brother and my best friend. That's what I would call awkward. I pulled the sheet closer to my body and looked down at the ground, blushing. "Um...hey Jess. Hey Sarah." I said, hesitantly looking up to see their faces.
"Hello, my love." Sarah said smiling. She came up to me and hugged my close. I hugged her back tight and smiled. We pulled away after a few minutes and Sarah bent down to my stomach. "And hello to you too, little baby Sanders." She rubbed my stomach and I giggled. I looked up at my brother and he was looking at me. Sarah moved out of the way and I smiled at Jess. He smiled back and walked over to me.
"Hey Becca." He said.
"Hey Jesse." I said back, using the nickname that only he let me use. I pulled him into a tight hug and didn't even think to let him go. He held me tightly as well and I felt tears brimming my eyes. "I've missed you, little sis." And once that came out of his mouth, I couldn't hold it in anymore. I started to cry and I started crying hard. I buried my face into his shoulder and realized jut how much I missed him. You don't realize how much you miss someone until you haven't seen, talked or lived with them for a few days.
"Rebecca? Who's at the door?" I heard Matt's voice coming from the top of the stairs. I lifted my face and turned around to face Matt, but I didn't let go of Jess. Matt got a concerned look on his face once he saw that I had been crying. "Babe, what's wrong?" He came up to me and wiped off my face of tears.
"Nothing. I just haven't seen Jess in a long time and I missed him." I said and kissed the inside of Matt's palm that was still caressing my face.
"Okay baby. Hey Jess. Hey Sarah." Matt said to them, but his eyes didn't waver from my face.
"Hi, big baby Sanders." Sarah said and smiled widely. I rolled my eyes and pulled out of Jess' embrace. I walked over to Matt and went into the circle of his arms. He held me close and kissed the top of my head.
"Big baby Sanders?" Matt asked her, with the most adorable confused look on his face.
"Yeah. Becs is carrying little baby Sanders. So that makes you big baby Sanders." She said like a little kid.
"You're just like Jimmy." Matt said, smiling and shaking his head.
"Thank you." She said and smiled brightly. Matt shook his head and kissed the top of my head.
"Well. I think that I should go upstairs and change. I'll be back. Come on Sarah." We started walking up the stairs, when I stopped. "And be nice. Don't bite. Matt that means you too. Not just Jess." I said and got to the top of the stairs. Sarah and I walked down the hall to mine and Matt’s room. I opened the door and then closed it behind us.
“Holy shit! This is so fucking cool.” She said with an awestruck expression on her face. I smiled and walked over to the closet. I opened it up and took a step inside. I looked around between my clothes and Matt's clothes. I grabbed a pair of my pajama pants, a tank top, a sweater, a bra and some underpanties. Because I can't walk around the house with no underpanties on and because that would be just plain weird. I know that my brother wouldn't like it. Sarah would probably like it because she kind of has a crush on me. I kind of have a crush on her too, but nothing would happen between us. Especially since now that I'm with Matt. And I know for a fact that Matt would love it.
I changed and walked out of the closet to find Sarah laying on the bed. I smiled and laid down next to her. She looked at me and smiled. "So, how's it living with Matt?"
"It's amazing. I love living with him. How did you love driving down here with Jess?" I smiled and hugged her.
"It wasn't so bad. We actually had a nice conversation. So it's all good." She smiled and hugged me back.
"Do you miss Brian?"
"Yeah. I do. He was better at anything than I could have thought." She said with a dreamy sigh. I laughed and laid on her shoulder.
"I think he misses you too. And I know for a fact that he isn't dating anyone."
"Really?" She asked and sat up straight.
"Yeah. I saw him break up with Michelle. Everyone was happy that he did." Her face brightened. I smiled at her and started laughing. Then her face darkened. I looked at her strange and my smile faded. "What's wrong babe?"
"But I feel bad...." She trailed off.
"About what?" I played with her hair and smiled.
"About me liking both you and him...." She trailed off again. I stopped playing with her hair and my smile faded. I was not expecting her to say that.
"Why would you feel bad about that? It's okay if you like both of us. I won't try to ruin anything for you guys, I swear. And I don't think Brian will either. He likes you. I know that he does. Because the other day, we were talking and when I mentioned you, his face lit up and he asked me some questions about you. I'm sure he likes you. So don't feel bad." I said and hugged her.
"But we don't even know if there's a spark between us or something." She said and looked down. I sighed and thought for a second. Then an idea popped into my head.
"Okay. You wanna see if there's a spark between us?" I asked her and she nodded. "Okay. Then look up at me." When she did, I smiled. "Now. I'm gonna kiss you and we'll see if there's a spark." With that said, I leaned forward and kissed her lightly on the lips. When our lips connected, I didn't feel anything. I hate to say it, but I didn't. I pulled away and we looked at each other. After a minute or two I said, "I...."
"Didn't feel anything." She said and both started laughing.
"What are you two laughing about?" Jess asked from the doorway. I looked over and saw Jess, Matt and the rest of Avenged standing there with the girls.
"Oh nothing. Just Sarah had feelings for me and she wanted to see if she and I had a spark before Matt and I got married. So we just kissed and felt nothing at all. And it's kind of ironic because I had a little crush on you too." I said and we started laughing even harder. After our fits of laughter died down, I looked over to see everyone looking at us like we were both high.
"So you guys kissed and didn't tell us?" Jimmy pouted.
"Yeah. What the fuck? We could've joined in." Leana said. Oh Leana and Jimmy were perfect for each other.
"We're sorry. Next time, we'll call you and you can come on over and we'll have an all girl kissing party." I said sarcastically.
"Okay." She smiled. They guys stood there with their mouth's hanging open.
"You might wanna close your mouths or you'll get flies in them." I said and the girls started laughing.
"I cannot believe my little sister just kissed a girl." Jess said.
"I cannot believe my fiancé just kissed a girl. I mean, that would be hot. But she's mine. Back off Sarah." Matt said with fake menace, but I could hear an underlying tone in his voice. I laughed.
"Don't worry baby. I'm only yours. Do I need to remind you of what we did not only hours ago?" I smirked at him and winked too.
"Yeah. Don't worry Matt. I'm not gonna steal Becca from you." Sarah said. "Or any of the other girls. So guys, don't fear. Their yours." Everyone started laughing.
"Good to know." Johnny said as the laughter started to die down. Sarah and I got up off the bed and everyone started leaving the room. As I was about to leave Matt stopped me. I looked up at him confused. He came into the room and closed the door. Then locked it.
"You know that I was serious right? About Sarah stealing you away from me." Matt said and put his hands around my waist.
"I know baby. But you don't have to worry. It was just a one time thing. I swear." I smiled up at him and wrapped my arms around his neck.
"Okay." He leaned down and kissed me. "I don't know why I got so jealous. I'm sorry."
"Why are you sorry?"
"Because I think I kind of overreacted. Like in my head, I kept shouting 'She's mine! She's mine!'" He said and rested his forehead on mine.
"I am yours." I said and smiled.
"I know that. But my beast wants you too." He whispered.
"Your beast?" I asked and pulled back a little.
"Yeah. My werewolf side wants you to be his too." He said and looked deep into my eyes. I saw his eyes change from hazel to a bright blue.
"Why did your eyes just change?" I asked. He shook his head and they went back to be hazel.
"It's because my beast comes alive inside me. I'm sorry." He pulled away and walked over to the other side of the room. I followed him.
"Why are you sorry?" I asked and wrapped my arms around his waist and rested my head on his back.
"Because this is too much for you. And I've bonded with you. There's no way for us to be apart for too long or else I become restless. And after we become married, we'll have a special ceremony and become officially mated. Then nothing will be able to break it. Do you still want that?" He turned around and looked at me. I didn't even have to think about it.
"Yes. I still want that."
"You still want me?" He asked shocked.
"Yes." I said and smiled up at him.
