"Colleen Millicent O’Neill!" She told me, I held back my scream.
"You wrote YOUR initials in MY boots!" I asked. I hugged her while everyone looked at us confused. Jimmy ran up.
"Jimmy-chunga! Savanna! A girl in high school called me that! You wouldn’t know her." He put his arm on Colleen and she slapped his head.
"Jimmy this is her!"
"Oh!" Was all he said,
"Can we finish the photo shoot? I have to pick up my son." Zacky’s eyes went wide.
“We’ll pick him up with you!" Matt offered.
"No really it’s okay." I smiled and finally took s picture of Johnny who had kept his pose this WHOLE time.
"Seriously, we insist!" Matt pushed. Knowing them they wouldn’t take no for an answer. Once we finished, they followed me home so I could drop off my stuff and park my car. Then I jumped in the van.
We stopped at Fielding Public Drive. Jake was in grade 5 and he stood by the bike racks with Gram. We all jumped out.
"Mom!" He ran up and threw his arms around my waist.
"Hey buddy!" I smiled.
"Mom, who are these people?" He asked hiding in my waist.
"Jake! Over here!" Gram yelled.
"So that’s him?" A voice scared me.
"Yeah Zacky, that’s him" I mumbled.
"Mom, Nolan wants to see those people." Nolan was Grams older brother.
"Hey, Miss Parker. How does Jake know Avenged Sevenfold?"
"He doesn’t I do. They’re old high school buddies." I replied smiling at the teenage boy.
"Wow, you’re lucky." His eyes stayed on me, just then an arm wrapped itself around my shoulder. Nolan dropped his gaze.
"Can I help you Zacky?" I asked him waiting for his arm to let my shoulders out of being a hostage.
