“Here they come.” I rolled my eyes. I pulled my books out of my locker; Colleen O’Neill stood beside me. She’s a friend…best friend of mine actually.

“Oh you know they’re cool!”

“Pfft in another universe.”

“Nana, nana, nana hey JUDE!” She belted. I couldn’t help but laugh with her.

“Hey Colleen.” She stopped her giggle and became quiet at the voice. I turned around after closing my locker and because of my sad height had to stretch my neck to look up at the person.

“H-H-Hey J-Jimmy.” Colleen stuttered. I slapped my free hand over my eyes.

“Wow.”

“What’s up!” He said full of energy.

“BI-polar much?” He looked at me.

“Hey, Vanna.” Jimmy mumbled. I scoffed to myself.

“Jimmy! Man!”

Great… another one. Brian popped up.

“Yo man! Just talking to this fine lady.” I looked at Colleen, red had creeped up her cheeks. My eyes rolled themselves without a thought from me.

“Oh, Savanna you’re here.” Brian noticed.

“Oh, aha. Yes I do happen to breathe on this earth.”

“Sure but no one cares.” I went cold. That one voice made my skin crawl… unknown to if it was good or bad.

“Piss off Baker.” I growled.

“Awe, why aren’t you happy to see me Parker?” He teased.

“Where are the other idiots?”

“Well Matt’s with- wait! Why are you asking?” Zacky stopped.

“Never mind her, we gotta bounce.” Brian said. I hadn’t noticed The Rev whispered something to Colleen and slipped something in her pocket, then they walked away. She had her dreamy look on her face.

“He’s awesome.”

“Pfft. Wow not so much weed, it’s beginning to affect your brain.” I told her before letting a sigh out at her dreaming face.
