"How the hell did you get pancakes on the ceiling?"

Jimmy stares down at the frying pan in his hand and shrugs, stretching up as high as he can to see if he can rescue the pancakes. Lizzy rolls her eyes and carries on feeding Lisa cut up bits of pancake as Brian pulls out the eggs and milk from the fridge, ready to make some more mix, if only to make up for the pancake disasters that currently reside on his kitchen ceiling. As he goes he kisses Lisa's little cheek and Lizzy's and she grins at him. He does that whenever she's here- because he never stops loving her more than life.

"Why are there pancakes on the ceiling? This has Jimbo written all over it" Zacky's voice suddenly floats into the kitchen, reminding Brian that someone's left the door wide open, and the man himself walks into the room, waving at the two that are not female.
"Morning babe" he says to Lizzy and sweeps her into a loving kiss, as Brian grimaces and focuses on the pancakes. He still hasn't gotten used to her making out with his best friend.

"I feel left out now, how come I don't get a welcome like that?" Jimmy pouts as Zacky pulls away and rolls his eyes, walking over to his friend.
"Jimmy, baby, you know you're my favourite" Zacky says, slapping his friends ass as he steals a glass of orange juice from beside Brian. He kisses Lisa's head and leans down to talk to her.
"Hey little munchkin. Did you miss your Uncle Zacky- we all know I'm the best one"
"Stop kidding yourself babe, she's smitten with her big brother Brian"
"Dammit- I knew I should've stayed the night"

Brian smiles, successfully tossing the first pancake over in the air, and not managing to get it on the ceiling.
"So when are you going to talk to Dad? You can't ignore him forever" Lizzy asks, waltzing over to her brother and hopping up onto the counter, watching Jimmy and Zacky fawn over their little sister.

"I can and I will. Just because he's my dad doesn't mean I can't pretend he exists"
"Bri-bear, you have to talk to Daddy, even if it's just for Lisa's benefit. He is her Dad after all"
"But she's our sister- and we're gonna look after her better than Dad ever would"
"I still think you should go talk to him"

Brian sighs and leans up against the counter, taking a deep breath. He knows his sisters' right, and he hates that she always is.
"Fine, I'll go and see him. But I'm not taking Lisa. Maybe you and Zack could take her to the park?" he suggests, and almost instantly, Jimmy's ears prick up.

"Park? Did someone say park? I SHALL HAVE MY REVENGE ON THE STALLION DUCKS!" he exclaims, jumping up on one of kitchen chairs and promptly knocking his head against the hanging lights. Lisa laughs, and then claps her hands when one of the pancakes falls off of the ceiling and promptly onto Brian's head.
"Do it. Before the house kills Jimmy"

Jimmy has Lisa in his arms as they run towards the lake, him reciting about the long sworn rivalry between man and duck, while Zacky and Lizzy lag behind, their fingers intertwined. Thanks to Zacky being so public in his choice of jobs, they have to keep their relationship quite secretive from fans- but it's a public park. People are just going to think they're two kids in love.
"So how was Brian this morning with Lisa?" Zacky asks, and Lizzy sighs, remembering the cute and protective sight of her older brother first thing in the morning.

"He may hide it, but he's smitten. They looked so cute this morning- he wrapped her up in his sweater and they were cuddling on the beach. She's already part of the family" she replies.
"He'll get used to it. And if he can talk things out with your dad- even better" Zacky says, kissing her cheek and holding her close. He loves her- for all her dramas and mishaps- yet he hasn't even said it out loud yet.

The sun peeks through a sea of blossom, and as Zacky sees that Jimmy and Lisa are pre-occupied, he stops Lizzy in her tracks and takes her hands in his.
"Babe, I need to say something, and if you freak out, I understand but- I need to say this. I love you"

Lizzy stands stock still for a moment, warmth filling her heart until she's sure it'll overflow.
"I love you too Zack" she replies softly, and leans up to kiss him, arms around his neck like she'll never let go. He really did love her.

"IS THAT ZACKY VENGEANCE?" a voice in the distance yells and the two break apart, but it's too late. A teenage fan with her phone has taken a picture of the kissing couple, when he's supposed to be single, and it'll be over the internet in seconds.
"Fuck, fuck, fuck" Zacky chants over and over as Jimmy comes running over with Lisa, which only makes matters worse. The fan snaps another few pictures and bolts- taking the evidence with her.

Their secret is out.

And it's only a matter of time before little Lisa gets dragged into the cold, hard world of fame.
