CH. 12 - Date Night
Arianna's POV
The show at Atlanta went on without a problem and i am so excited about the date with Brian tonight. Apparently, this thing between Brian and I were known by the rest of the bus, which i assumed, Brian told them or Val.
To prepare for the date, i dressed up in the only dress i bought for this tour. It is a classy red, one shoulder cocktail dress and wore a nice pair of black heels. I tend to leave my hair, wavy down so it will look nicer. Now i just need to wait for the guys to finish off their show. Instead of going to party, Brian and i will go to a resturant that he knew around here. I really trust him on this one.
30 minutes later, they played their last song, "Save Me'' and returned to the back. Brian gave me a wink and told me , "give me 15 minutes. i smell like shit." and he walked off, probably to take shower since he is sweating bunch.
"Nice show." I said to the guys, which i can tell, Jimmy and Johnny are partially drunk.
"Thanks girl, have fun on your dateee..." Jimmy stuttered.
"Val, how do i look?" and i turned towards her, showing her my outfit.
"Great, fantastic. Maybe you will get your dream man tonight."
I blushed and laughed, "haha, very funny."
15 minutes pass and Brian stepped out of the arena's room looking like a sex god. Like really, really hot. I felt butterflies in my stomach and as if i was about to melt, melt into his arms will be perfect. He was wearing this nice white v-neck like he always does and his hair... my god, is like all spiked up.
"Ready, princess?"
"yeah."
"Oooo, Gate's got a date." I felt my cheek heating up when Matt said this.
"Shut up. Let's go."
We went into his car and Brian drove us to a nice restaurant about fifteen minutes away. During the car ride, none of us really said anything aside from me asking him where we are going and him answering. I guess that's because both of us are excited, yet scared about what might happen today. I was so involved with what i was thinking about, about Brian & me, when the car suddenly stopped. I turned to Brian,
"We're here." In front of us was a nice, home-style burger parlor.
"You don't mind, do you?"
"Absolutely not," this is the truth from the bottom of my heart even though i was dressed way too formal for it. As long as i am with Brian, i am happy.
" I just think i dressed too formal for this."
He laughed, "sorry, i forgot to tell you. But hey, you look nice." I blushed.
With that said, Brian got out of the car and walked to my side where he opened up the door for me like a true gentleman.
We walked into the restaurant and was immediately greeted by.. i guess the owner's daughter.
"Hey Brian," she said, flashing him a smile. It's pretty obvious that she is attracted to him.
"Hey Emma, i got a lady friend here, where should we sit?" When Brian said this, the smile on her face kind of faded for three seconds, probably disappointment before she led us to the booth near the back of the restaurant.
Before we get to sit down, Emma spoke again.
"So Brian, why didn't you invite me to your show tonight?" Haha, girl you could've buy a ticket.
"I kinda forgot about it."
"It's okay," she said while she patted Brian on his arm.
First, this made me feel a bit of jealousy, second, i can see from Brian's face that he sorta, is uncomfortable.
"Is this your sister, Brian?", she point at me.
"N." I didn't have time to finish my sentence before Brian cuts me off.
"No, she is my girlfriend."
I was shocked when he said i was his girlfriend, and so was Emma. I was quite expecting this to happen. Is this the night he is going to ask me out?
"Oh. Well have fun on your date tonight." She walked away after she took our order. I ordered a classic burger while Brian ordered cheese.
"Sorry to put you on the table right there but i know Emma, from the beginning is interested in me. She gets really really annoying so i just said you are my girl so i can get her out of my view."
"What a jerk Bri," He laughed and soon i joined in as well.
"But... umm..." I said nervously. I really wanted to ask him if he meant that i am his girlfriend or not. Screw that. I will go for it.
"Doyoukindameanthatiamyourgirlfriend?"
"if you want." He said matter-of-factly.
What? What? Seriously? Is this a freaking joke? Brian's Girlfriend? Me? HOLY SHIT.
"You..." I didn't have time to finish what i was going to say when he pulled me in a kiss... on the lips. I was shocked, yet i feel this is where i belonged. I kissed him back and after lingering for about 30 seconds, we both pull back.
I felt like my cheeks are burning up and my mouth is curved into the biggest grin ever.
"Be my princess?"
''Yes," I smiled and kissed him again.
