When we got back to my house, it was already 11:30. I knew my mom was still up, she never goes to sleep unless she knows I'm home. Before I could even unlock the door, it swung open, revealing a very pissed looking mom.
"Dustin May. Do you realize what time it is?" She asked angrily.
"Yes, mom. It's almost midnight," I replied to her, going into the house, Matt trailing behind.
"Hello, Matt. Why don't you head on home. I bet your parents are wondering where you are." Mom told him.
"Actually, mom. He was going to stay here tonight. His parents are gone for the night and he doesn't want to be alone," I said to her before Matt could open his mouth.
"Dustin, you know how I feel about you having boys over at night." She informed.
"Why can't he stay?" I asked, reaching the top of the stairs.
"Because, I don't think it's right for him to be over."
"Whatever." I groaned, walking into my room after Matt.
"That's all you had to do?" He asked curiously.
"Yeah, she shouldn't mind." I said, flopping down on my bed, face first. "I fucking hate school."
"Don't we all," Matt flopped down next to me, on his back.
"I just want to sleep for an eternity. Can I do that?"
"I'm not in charge of what you do but, you do realize if you go into an eternal sleep, I'll be left here alone, right?"
"Yeah, sure." I laughed. He smiled, flashing his dimples, I poked both of them, "I love your dimples!"
"Thanks," He said and pulled my hands away.
"Hey! I was having fun!" I complained.
"Well, I want to sleep." He then rolled over, his back facing me.
"You ass." I got up, grabbed some pajama pants and went to change in the bathroom.
"Hey, Dustin," Mom greeted when I walked out of my room.
"You ease-dropping on us?" I asked annoyed.
"Yeah, I guess. just wanted to apologize for earlier. I know you're stressed with school and stuff like that."
"Mmhhmm," I said through the bathroom door. "That's nice. I'm tired, so, I'm going to sleep now. Good night." I said after brushing my teeth and putting my hair in a ponytail.
"Night." She walked off to her room.
I ran into mine, jumping on the bed. I partially landed on Matt, making him 'ooomph' loudly.
"Thanks, Dusti." He groaned. "Now if you don't mind, could you get off?"
"Nah, you're pretty comfty." I said and wiggled myself around a bit.
"Dustin, get off!" He said.
"Fine, you party pooper." I got off of him and pulled the covers up.
"You always this hyper when you're going to sleep?" He asked, turning over so he was facing me.
"Sometimes."
"That's nice, good night, Dusti."
"Night, Matt." I rolled over, my back facing him. We were both fast asleep in a matter of minutes.

I woke up the next morning ten minutes before my alarm, with Matt's arms around my waist.
I got up and out of bed and went searching for something to wear. I found an Iron Maiden shirt and a red tank top. I went on my pants search, red and black acid wash skinnies. I went to take a shower when I saw Matt watching me.
"Good morning, Dusti." He greeted sleepily.
"Good morning, sir. How did you sleep?" I asked.
"Just fine. You are very warm." He grinned.
"Thanks, I'm going to go shower. I'll be back." I said and walked off to the bathroom.
I got out of the shower, got dressed, dried my hair, and did my make up all in record time. I walked back into my room, only to see Matt sleeping again.
"Matt, get your lazy ass out of my bed. You need to go get ready for school." I said, jumping onto the bed.
"What's with you and jumping?" He asked, pulling me down onto the bed beside him.
"It's a great way to wake people up. Wouldn't you agree?"
"Yeah, now come on. I need to get ready. You can meet my mom, too!" He said, getting up and stretching.
"Alright, gimmie a minute." I said as I started to make my bed.
