Jimmy's POV:
I tilted my head back, the Vodka burning a trail in my throat. I cheered and grabbed another shot. I was about to drink, when i felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked to my right to see Lexi, with a worried expression.
"Jimmy, don't."
"You're right, sorry." I smiled slightly. I stood from the kitchen table and started walking towards my bunk, and laid down for a moment.
"Two more days. Then i'll be away from here with Lexi." I thought, and fell asleep.
*next morning*
I groaned, my head throbbing.
"I'm never drinking again."I mumble, rubbing my head. I hear someone come in.
"Jimmy" My angel of a sister murmurs, causing me to turn around and stare at her eyes, smiling.
"I got you some Advil and water" She says, giving me a pill and a glass of water. I swallow it, and drink the water.
"Thanks, babe." I thank her, before kissing her forehead.She lays next to me in the bunk, and I look at her soft blue eyes.
"Hey, I came up with a song yesterday, and I dedicate it to you." She raises an eyebrow, and follows me to the piano.I start playing and singing Warmness on The Soul, but replace "Hazel green tint" with "Ocean blue soft". Her jaw drops and she folds her arms around my waist, and i wrap my slender arms around her.
"Thank you,Jim." She whispers.
"I love you."
"I love you too,Jimmy."I walked to the kitchen, and started making my infamous pancakes which the guys love so much.I feel arms wrap around my waist, and lips on my neck.
"Hey Bri."I say, before turning around to see Alexia with her jaw on the floor. I smirk.
"Gotcha."
"God,Jim!"She smacks my chest playfully.I stick my tongue out.
"Oh you know you love me."
"Yes I do."
"Lex, want some pancakes?" I don't wait for her reply before putting a bunch of pancakes on her plate. She rolls her eyes and eats them all in a few minutes.
"You really are my sister." We both laugh, and i remember something.
"I have another new song, by the way. Come on." She follows me again to the piano room, and I play a song, blinking back the tears once and a while.
Now i think i understand,
How this world can overcome a man.
Like a friend we saw it through,
In the end i gave my life for you.
Gave you all i had to give,
Found a place for me to rest my head.
I play the rest of the song, and smile at her.
"What'd ya think?"
"THE BEST DAMN SONG I'VE EVER HEARD!" She shouts, hugging me.
"What's it about?"
"You'll know soon."I reply, wiping away a tear from my eye.
